VISUAL STREET PHOTOGRAPHY SEBAGAI MOTIF PADA PAKAIAN KASUAL REMAJA WANITA

ABSTRAK
Perancangan ini mengembangkan motif street photography sebagai dasar pembuatan motif tekstil dan difungsikan pada busana remaja wanita masa kini. Merupakan penggambaran dunia digital, sekaligus menawarkan visual yang unik, menarik, dan dinamis. Tujuan proyek perancangan ini adalah mengembangkan desain motif fotografi dengan pengolahan visual street photography dengan pertimbangan fungsi busana remaja wanita masa kini. Metode yang dipakai yaitu metode desain. Metode ini melewati 3 tahap yakni metode perancangan, konsep perancangan dan visualisasi. Metode perancangan melewati tahap Analisis permasalahan, Strategi pemecahan masalah, Pengumpulan data, Uji coba, dan menentukan Gagasan awal perancangan. Konsep perancangan meliputi landasan pemikiran untuk perancangan desain tugas akhir. Visualisasi yakni tahap memvisualkan konsep rencana perancangan yang sudah ditulis dalam proses perancangan. Hasil perancangan tugas akhir ini sebagai berikut: (1) Visual street photography sebagai motif pada pakaian remaja wanita berhasil membuat 7 desain motif (desain panel). (2) Pengaplikasian desain motif street photography yang merupakan desain utuh dari pengolahan foto ke busana anak remaja menghasilkan busana kasual yang berkesan menarik, ceria, dan nyaman. Proses produksinya menggunakan teknik digital printing menjadi pilihan dengan alasan tanpa adanya batasan warna pada hasil keluaran desain pada tekstil.

ABSTRACT
This project developing a visual from street photography as a textille motif design for teenage girl casual clothing. The design is imagining about digital world, offering a unique visual, eye catching, and dynamic. Goal of this project is developing motif design from street photography visual, and considering a function of teenage girl clothing. This project using method over three step that is, design method, design concept and visualization. The design method passing a steps, problem analyze, strategy of problem explaining, data gathering, experiment, and choosing design from first idea. Design concept is base from thinking for this project design. Visualization is a step to visualizing the design plan concept in design process. This final project is: (1) Visual of street photography as a motive design on teenage girl clothing was having 7 motive design (panel design). (2) The applicate of motive design is a design from a whole image of photography to teenage girl clothing, and the result is having casual clothes that eye catching, happy, and comfortable. The production process using digital print technique as a choice, because the output didn’t have a color limit on design of textile.
