Parang Rusak Sebagai Sumber Ide Pengembangan Ragam Hias Pada Tas Kulit Casual Wanita

ABSTRAK
Parang rusak merupakan ragam hias yang biasanya diterapkan di kain. Selain diterapkan di kain, ragam hias parang rusak juga diaplikasikan di tas sebagai motif penghias. Dalam pembuatan Tugas Akhir Karya ini, ragam hias parang rusak diaplikasikan pada tas casual wanita berbahan dasar kulit samak nabati. Teknik penerapan motifnya menggunakan teknik tatah timbul dan teknik phyrografi. Ragam hias yang diaplikasikan merupakan sebuah desain pengembangan sebagai objek estetik pada tas casual wanita. Tas casual wanita dibuat agar bisa dikenakan wanita yang akan bepergian, ke kantor dan sebagai pelengkap busana. Bahan dasar pembuatan tas menggunakan kulit samak nabati dari binatang lembu yang belum melalui proses pewarnaan. Agar maksimal dan rapi, pembuatan karya tas menggunakan teknik jahit.
Pemilihan ragam hias parang rusak yang diaplikasikan pada tas berbahan dasar kulit agar dapat dikenal. Hasil penciptaan karya sejumlah empat buah karya menggunakan metode tiga tahapan dan enam langkah yang dirumuskan oleh SP Gustami dalam bukunya “Butir-butih Mutiara Estetika Timur”. Penciptaan karya menggunakan pendekatan estetis dan fungsional. Pendekatan estetis dimaksudkan untuk keindahan karya. Pendekatan fungsional dimaksudkan untuk kegunaan karya.

ABSTRACT
A broken machete was the variety of ornamentation normally applied to the fabric. Besides being applied to the fabric, the design variety of the broken machete was applied to the bag as a decorative motive. In the completion of this research, broken machete trimming was applied to the casual bag of female leather of vegetal. His motives application techniques involve arising techniques and pyrography techniques. Apply ornamentation design was an aesthetic object on the female handbag. Women's casual bags are kept handy in order to keep women on trips, offices, and fashion accessories. The basic building material used the soft husk of oxen that had not been through the dying process. For a maximum and neat finish, the making of the handbag is used a sewing technique.
A faulty machete designs applied to a leather based bags for recognition. The results of four works of creation use the three stages and six step formulated by SP Gustami in his book "The Grains Of Eastern Aesthetic Pearls. Creative works employ aesthetic and functional approaches. The aesthetic approach is intended for the beauty of the work. A functional approach was intended for working purposes
