Abstract

The development of photography today is progressing rapidly, especially with the emergence of
various social media platforms that have made visual content, particularly photography, an essential tool for
promotion. Architectural photography plays a significant role as a promotional medium within the property
and hospitality industries. Through aesthetic and informative visualizations, architectural photography can
enhance the appeal of various types of places, such as hotels, apartments, houses, and other commercial
facilities. High-quality images not only represent the beauty of design but also build the image and increase
the market value of a property in the eyes of consumers. This study discusses how architectural photography
techniques can be strategically utilized to strengthen place promotion, the factors influencing visual
effectiveness, and the role of photography in shaping public perceptions of a space.
