Metode Pembelajaran Savi Dalam Workshop Mural Untuk Siswa Sman Garum Dan Sman Talun Kabupaten Blitar Jawa Timur

Mural dalam perjalananan seni rupa tidak bisa dilepaskan dari jaman prasejarah kira-kira 31.500 tahun silam, ketika ada lukisan gua di Lascaux, selatan Prancis. Mural-mural abad pertengahan atau periode Baroque memperlihatkan lompatan besar pada tema dan teknik. Interior gereja-gereja di Italia, misalnya, diperindah dengan rerupaan bergaya surealis, karya Michaelangelo dan Leonardo da Vinci, yang bersumber pada kisah-kisah Al Kitab. Di negara-negara konflik, seperti Irlandia Utara, mural sangat mudah ditemui di semua dinding kota. Tercatat sekitar 2000 mural dihasilkan dari sejak tahun 1970 hingga sekarang dan dengan demikian Irlandia Utara-lah negara yang sangat produktif menghasilkan mural. Propaganda politik menjadi tema sentral dalam mural tersebut. Mural pada perkembangannya telah menjadi bagian dari seni publik yang melibatkan komunikasi dua arah. Seniman mural melakukan komunikasi secara visual kepada masyarakat terhadap apa yang ingin dicurahkannya, sedangkan masyarakat sebagai penikmat dalam praktiknya mampu berinteraksi langsung kepada seniman. Hal ini semakin menunjukkan dalam seni mural, bahwa interaksi tidak hanya dilakukan secara visual yang menganut pandangan ‘seni adalah seni’ tanpa pertanggungjawaban yang pasti, namun mural juga mampu mendekatkan dirinya sebagai seni yang berinteraksi juga secara verbal. Dalam hal ini, masyarakat memperoleh pencerahan dalam dunia seni rupa dan secara teknis, masyarakat awam dapat mengambil peran sebagai seniman juga. Faktor karakter inilah yang akhirnya belakangan ini membuat mural semakin mendapatkan perhatian dari masyarakat luas yang awam terhadap perkembangan maupun keberlangsungan hidup seni rupa, lebih khusus lagi adalah anak muda. Fakta inilah yang menjadi dasar penulis untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan bentuk kegiatan workshop mural bagi siswa SMAN Garum dan SMAN Talun Kabupaten Blitar. Materi workshopnya sendiri tidak hanya praktik atau pengenalan teknik membuat mural tetapi juga sejarah, definisi, karakter, dan metode penciptaannya.

Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code, or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles. Exceptions are permitted but must be justified in a written public statement accompanying the article.
Datasets and software should be deposited and permanently archived in inappropriate, trusted, general, or domain-specific repositories (please consult http://service.re3data.org and/or software repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, Bioinformatics.org, or equivalent).
