PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN KELUARGA PRA SEJAHTERA (KPS) MELALUI PERINTISAN WIRAUSAHA KERAJINAN LIGHT CRAFT

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat serta meningkatkantaraf hidup masyarakat, khususnya bagi ibu rumah tangga dari Keluarga Pra Sejahtera (KPS) di wilayahWaringinrejo. Potensi light craft mempunyai peluang pasar yang bagus setelah mendapatkan sentuhandesain yang baik serta manajemen produksi yang tepat, peluang pasar dari produk light craft ini masihsangat terbuka luas dipasaran, terbukti sejauh ini berdasarkan survey dari beberapa pengrajin light craftyang telah ada di beberapa kota di Indonesia, banyak pesanan produk ini tidak dapat memenuhi permintaanpasar, bahkan beberapa pengrajin light craft sudah melayani permintaan pasar luar negeri, khususnyapadaivent tertentu. Keterbatasan wawasan, kurangnya kemampuan sumber daya manusia dan minimnyaperlengkapan menyebabkan masarakat kurang jeli dalam memanfaatkan peluang usaha light craft ini.Kerajinan light craft yang akan dirintis di Waringinrejo ini berupa kerajinan light craft berbahandasarkertas, serat alam, dan limbah kain. Light craft dipilih karena selain pangsa pasar yang masih terbuka, jugatidak membutuhkan modal yang relatif besar serta tidak membutuhkan ketrampilan yang terlalu rumituntuk kategori masyarakat binaan di daerah Waringinrejo. Peserta pelatihan light craft ini diharapkanmampu menjadi pengrajin yang tangguh, sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga dan menyeraptenaga kerja masyarakat sekitarnya. Kegiatan ini direncanakan selama kurun waktu enam bulan, kegiatanyang direncanakan berupa ; penyuluhan tentang potensi wirausaha light craft, pelatihan pembuatan lightcraft serta penggunaan alat yang praktis dan tepat guna, selanjutnya pelatihan pengembangan desaindesain light craft yang diminati pasar sekarang.Kata kunci: light craft, KPS Waringinrejo, pemberdayaan perempuan.Downloads

Other data publishing licenses may be allowed as exceptions (subject to approval by the editor on a case-by-case basis). They should be justified with a written statement from the author, which will be published with the article.
Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code, or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles. Exceptions are permitted but must be justified in a written public statement accompanying the article.
Datasets and software should be deposited and permanently archived in inappropriate, trusted, general, or domain-specific repositories (please consult http://service.re3data.org and/or software repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, Bioinformatics.org, or equivalent).
