ABSTRAK Peningkatkan, pengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk masyarakat merupakan sebuah rangkaian kegiatan yang senantiasa perlu diupayakan. Seiring dengan perkembangannya, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Jusuran Seni Rupa Universitas Negeri Semarang sebagai penyelenggara pendidikan perlu inovasi dan aplikasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat melalui propram pengabdian yang dilaksanakan oleh Dosen. Sasaran yang menjadi tempat pelaksanaan dalam pelaksaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakt ini yakni remaja Karang Taruna di Desa Binaan, Desa Duren kecamatan Bandungan kabupaten Semarang. Kegiatan penabdian ini sebagai upaya meningkatkan SDM pada masyarakat setempat, semangat konservasi serta kesadaran masyarakat akan potensi seni dan kerajinan yang dimilki. Kemudian dengan upaya tersebut semoga dapat mendorong tumbuhnya kreativitas, motivasi dan inovasi masyarakat melalui pelatihan berkarya seni kolase berbahan limbah kertas dan kain perca, sehingga menjadi karya seni bernilai tinggi meski dari bahan limbah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah metode peragaan, dan latihan praktik yang didukung dengan demonstrasi. Melalui peragaan dapat memberikan pemahaman tentang berbagai jenis alat dan bahan yang digunakan serta teknik dalam berkarya seni seni kolase .Kata kunci: Seni Kolase, Limbah, Konservasi, Desa DurenIncreasing, developing knowledge and skills for the community, is a series of activities that always need to be pursued. Along with its development, the Faculty of Language and Arts, Jusuran Seni Rupa Semarang State University as providers of education need innovation and application directly to the community through a service program carried out by Target Lecturers which is the place for implementing this community service program, namely Karang Tanuna youth Assisted Village. Duren Village, Bandungan District, Semarang Regency. This service activity is an effort to improve human resources in the local community. the spirit of conservation and public awareness of the potential of the arts and crafts they have. Then with these efforts, hopefully it can encourage the growth of creativity, motivation and innovation in the community by creating collage art made from paper and patchwork waste, so that it becomes a work of high value art even from waste materials. The methods used in this Community Service activity are demonstration methods and practical exercises that are supported by demonstrations.
