PERANAN OTORITAS ESTETIS PADA TARI GOLEK LAMBANGSARI DI PURA MANGKUNEGARAN

- Abstrak Tari Golek Lambangsari merupakan tarian yang berkembang di dalam Pura Mangkunegaran yang pada mulanya berasal dari Keraton Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori otoritas dari Max Weber dan RM. Pramutomo, konsep bentuk dari Y. Sumandiyo Hadi dan Effort-Shape dari Laban. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan otoritas estetis memberikan warna pada Tari Golek Lambangsari. Warna yang dimaksudkan meliputi teknik, motif gerak dan rasa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari bentuk dan iringannya. Bentuk Tari Golek Lambangsari di Pura Mangkunegaran sudah mengalami perubahan proses artistik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari bentuk gerak yang telah mengalami modifikasi. Selain itu perubahan pada iringan tari yang memiliki rasa iringan gaya Surakarta. Perubahan bentuk Tari Golek Lambangsari ini dikarenakan adanya peranan otoritas estetis yang dijalankan oleh Mangkunegara VII.Kata kunci: Tari Golek Lambangsari, bentuk tari, peranan otoritas estetis. Abstract Golek Lambangsari is a dance that first originated in the Yogyakarta Keraton but subsequently developed in the Mangkunegaran Palace. This research uses Max Weber and RM. Pramutomo’s theories of authority, Y. Sumandiyo Hadi’s concept of form, and Laban’s Effort- Shape theory. The dissertation is written using a qualitative method. The results of the research show that the role of aesthetical authority colours the Golek Lambangsari dance in aspects of technique, motifs of movement, and ambience. This is evident in both the form and the musical accompaniment of the dance. The form of Golek Lambangsari in the Mangkunegaran Palace has undergone a process of artistic change, as seen in the modified form of the movements. The musical accompaniment has been altered to adopt a Surakarta-style feel. The changes that have influenced the form of the Golek Lambangsari dance are due to the role of aesthetical authority implemented by Mangkunegara VII.Keywords: Golek Lambangsari dance, dance form, role of aesthetical authority.Downloads
