Analisis Semiotika Komunikasi Visual Pada Kemasan Produk Baru Granola Beorganik
Abstract
Abstract Currently, packaging serves as a crucial communication tool, not only functioning as a protector of the product contents but also playing a role in conveying messages and building brand identity to consumers. This study aims to analyze the meanings contained in the packaging design of Beorganik's Granola product with the "Chocolate Banana" flavor variant using Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotics theory. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a semiotic approach. The research data were collected through documentation and literature studies. The results show that the packaging design of Beorganik's Granola product uses various visual elements to convey messages about the product such as natural, healthy, delicious, and modern. These elements include typography, color, and illustrations. Semiotic analysis using Saussure's analytical techniques has proven to be a useful tool for understanding the meanings contained in product packaging. Keywords: Semiotic, Ferdinand de Saussure, Packaging Design Abstrak kemasan pada saat ini berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi yang sangat penting, yaitu tidak hanya memiliki fungsi sebagai pelindung isi produk tetapi berperan sebagai alat untuk menyampaikan pesan dan membangun identitas merek kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Makna yang terkandung dalam desain kemasan produk Granola dari Beorganik dengan varian rasa “Chocolate Banana” menggunakan teori Semiotika Ferdinand de Saussure. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan semiotika. Data penelitian yang dikumpulkan adalah melalui dokumentasi dan studi literatur.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain kemasan produk Granola Beorganik menggunakan berbagai elemen visual untuk menyampaikan pesan mengenai produk seperti alami, sehat, lezat dan modern. Elemen elemen ini meliputi tipografi, warna, dan ilustrasi. Analisis semiotika dengan teknik analisis Saussure terbukti menjadi alat yang berguna untuk memahami makna yang terkandung dalam kemasan produk.
