Publication Frequency

Runtas: Jurnal Fesyen dan Wastra Nusantara is published twice a year, in June and December.

This journal follows a biannual publication schedule, ensuring the regular and timely dissemination of scholarly research in the fields of fashion, textile arts, and traditional Indonesian fabrics (wastra). Each issue undergoes a rigorous peer-review and editorial process to maintain the quality and academic integrity of the journal.

We invite scholars, researchers, practitioners, and creative thinkers to actively contribute their work to this journal. Through consistent writing and knowledge sharing, we can collectively advance the fields of fashion and cultural heritage studies—not only within Indonesia but also in the broader global academic community. Writing is an act of contribution to education, and every article published brings us one step closer to a more informed, connected, and educated world.
