Update on Author Guidelines and New Article Template

Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers of Keteg: Jurnal Pengetahuan, Pemikiran dan Kajian Tentang Bunyi,

We are pleased to announce that as part of our continuous commitment to improving the quality of our publications and aligning with international academic standards (including DOAJ and COPE guidelines), we have officially updated our Author Guidelines and introduced a New Article Template.

Key Updates Include:

  • New Article Template: All incoming manuscripts must now strictly follow the new document structure, formatting, and layout.
  • Citation Standard: We now strictly require the use of Reference Managers (Mendeley/Zotero) using the Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition (Author-Date).
  • AI Policy: We have added a clear policy regarding the transparent use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) in the writing process.

Effective immediately, all new submissions must be prepared using the updated template and adhere to the new guidelines. Manuscripts submitted using the old format will be returned to the authors for formatting corrections prior to entering the peer-review process.
