To cover the operational costs of journal management, peer-review administration, professional copyediting, layout formatting, online hosting, and digital archiving, this journal charges the following author fees:

Article Submission Charge: 0.00 IDR (Free) Authors are not required to pay any fees when submitting their manuscripts. The initial screening and the double-blind peer-review process are conducted entirely free of charge.

Article Processing Charge (APC) / Publication Fee: 500,000 IDR If the manuscript is officially accepted for publication after the rigorous peer-review process, the corresponding author will be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of Rp. 500.000,- (or its equivalent in USD for international authors). Detailed payment instructions and the invoice will be provided alongside the Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

Waiver Policy We believe that financial constraints should not be a barrier to publishing high-quality scientific research. Keteg offers an APC waiver or discount for authors who can demonstrate genuine financial hardship, particularly for independent researchers, students, or authors from low-income countries. Requests for waivers must be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief with valid justification prior to or during the initial manuscript submission.
